TPE material, also known as thermoplastic elastomer, is a polymer material that combines the characteristics of plastic and rubber, shows the high elasticity of rubber at room temperature, and can be plasticized and molded at high temperature (no need for vulcanization). Therefore, thermoplastic elastomer has the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber and the processing properties of thermoplastics. 
It is a new type of polymer material between rubber and resin, and is often referred to as the third-generation rubber.


  • Can be processed by general thermoplastic molding machine without special processing equipment

  • Energy saving. Most thermoplastic elastomers do not need vulcanization or vulcanization time is very short, which can effectively save energy. Taking the production of high-pressure hose as an example, the energy consumption of rubber is 188mj/kg and TPE is 144mj/kg, can save more than 25%

  • Good transparency, elasticity and relatively low price, with broad design space

  • Hardness ranges from super soft to 90a. Excellent transparency, gloss and comfortable hand feel are widely used in adult products. Good UV resistance, weather resistance and high temperature resistance. Can be used outdoors for a long time
