1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Site provides information about color masterbatch, functional additives, and related polymer solutions, including specifications, typical loading ratios, application guidance, case studies, articles, and technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS).

• Information is provided in good faith for general reference only. Typical values are indicative and may vary by grade, batch, and processing conditions.
• Case studies describe results achieved under specific customer conditions and do not guarantee identical results in your application.
• You are responsible for testing and confirming that any product is suitable for your polymer, process, and end-use, including regulatory requirements in your market (such as REACH, RoHS, or food-contact rules).
• We may modify product information, specifications, or availability at any time without notice.

4. Inquiries, Quotations & Orders

Submitting an inquiry or sample request through the Site does not create a binding contract.

• Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to confirmation of formulation, quantity, packaging, and delivery terms.
• A binding sale arises only when both parties confirm a written order, contract, or proforma invoice that sets out price, payment terms, Incoterms, and delivery schedule.
• Custom color matching is performed according to the standards, samples, and polymers you provide. Final approval of color and performance rests with you before bulk production.
• Free samples, where offered, are for evaluation purposes only and may be subject to quantity limits and shipping arrangements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, articles, guides, translations, data sheets, and the overall design, is the property of MHK POLYMER TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Formulations, color recipes, and technical know-how shared during a business relationship remain our confidential property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. 9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Foshan, Guangdong, China. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer or trade rights you may have under the laws of your own country, nor does it apply to sales contracts that specify a different governing law or dispute resolution method.
